It’s all about energy.
EVERYTHING is all about ENERGY.
I have heard and read this so many times in the past. At times it has sunk into my core and I know it as truth and at others it is merely words.
But the fact is when I know, I KNOW. So I now CHOOSE TO BELIEVE in that knowing even when I don’t feel it.
It is energy that creates anything into fruition. It can create something out of nothing. It can transform the mediocre to the great. It can make a success out of failure again and again.
OWN YOUR ENERGY.
The energy within you is yours to play with.
Be responsible for and with it.
You have the choice to raise your OWN energy AND use that to raise the energy of others.
YOU ARE THAT POWERFUL. We all are.
It is essential we look after our own energy FIRST. Always.
Acknowledge how you are feeling RIGHT NOW.
Whatever you feel is absolutely fine. It is OK to feel. Just feel.
Allow yourself to EXPRESS your feelings. If you do this you can RELEASE them from your body and your thoughts.
Your energy needs to match that which you want to achieve. The bigger the goal the bigger the energy required!
The trick is you need to EXPEND ENERGY TO CREATE MORE ENERGY!
Honour and release your emotions and then go create something even when you don’t feel inspired; exercise even when you feel like you’re dragging your feet; eat healthily even when you crave chocolate; do the job you’ve been putting off.
This is not to DENY or FORCE yourself to do something you really don’t WANT to achieve, this is to TRY.
If you show up to what you WANT to create you have 100% more chance of ACTUALLY CREATING IT than if you don’t. FACT!
Give it at least 5 mins. You can then choose to something different or stop if you feel you are pushing too hard but you will know that you have tried.
Before you do decide to quit though remind yourself this: you need to take CONSISTENT action to achieve a goal.
You cannot let your feelings stop you form creating your dreams. You CANNOT (and MUST NOT) stop your feelings either. Feel and move THROUGH THEM so they DO NOT DICTATE your outcomes and YOUR LIFE.
9.9/10 you will get it into it when you start.
It may sill feel like a struggle but START WITH THE END IN MIND (as in the BIG PICTURE/ the DESIRED RESULT) and whatever you produce will feel purposeful. However small, PROGRESS IS PROGRESS. (And remember that FAILURE is progress too!).
Releasing your emotions through physical exercise actually CHANGES you on biochemical level to bring your body into a state of equilibrium. You will FEEL DIFFERENT.
You can raise your energy levels form here to carry out tasks and create with more ease and flow.
You can do something FUN and unrelated, mediate, journal, mindset practises, sing, dance, listen to music, walk, run, play with your kids ANYTHING. Then ‘try’ again.
DO NOT GIVE IN TO RESISTANCE or FEAR and just stop. You will sabotage your entire day/week and maybe ultimately your life. Deal WITH them and then MOVE ONWARDS.
Grab your energy by the horns! Shake it up, wake it up and get back to it!
